What is a Face-to-Face DSE Workstation Assessment?
DSE Assessments
Our Face-to-Face DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Workstation Assessment offers a thorough, 45-minute one-on-one consultation aimed at identifying and addressing any issues contributing to discomfort or strain during computer-based work.
Whether your employees are working from the office or from home, this assessment provides an in-depth evaluation of their workstation setup to help reduce musculoskeletal discomfort, support better posture, and enhance overall wellbeing and productivity.
Each assessment includes detailed observations, measurements, and photographs to fully understand the working environment. This allows us to offer tailored, practical recommendations—based on evidence gathered—to help optimise comfort and prevent work-related pain or injury.

What is a DSE Walkaround Service?
DSE Office Walkaround Service
Our DSE Walkaround Service is an on-site, informal yet highly effective way to support the health and wellbeing of your employees in the workplace.
One of our qualified DSE assessors will be present at your office for a dedicated session, tailored in length to suit your office size and specific needs. During this time, the assessor will move around the workspace, engaging directly with staff at their desks to provide practical, on-the-spot advice and guidance on optimising workstation setups.
From adjusting chair positions to correcting screen heights and identifying environmental constraints, the walkaround is designed to spot and address issues that could lead to discomfort, strain, or injury. By resolving these concerns early, we help promote safer, more comfortable working conditions and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal problems in the future.
This service is ideal for teams looking for proactive, preventative support without the formality of full individual assessments.

What is a Chair & Desk Set-Up Service?
Chair & Desk Set-Up Service
Our Chair & Desk Set-Up Service is designed to ensure that your employees' new office equipment—such as chairs and desks—is correctly installed and adjusted for optimal comfort and ergonomic support.
Unlike other providers, we remain completely independent of the equipment sales process. That means we don’t sell or supply furniture ourselves, allowing us to offer truly unbiased recommendations that are based solely on what’s best for your employees’ health and working needs.
Once equipment has been recommended by one of our qualified assessors, we can provide professional installation and setup. This includes adjusting chairs, desks, and any related accessories to suit the individual user, ensuring that everything is positioned correctly to help prevent discomfort or injury.
By separating recommendations from sales, we put your employees’ wellbeing first—providing honest advice, and expert setup support where it matters most.
